REFLECT/REFRESH is a Christian marriage enrichment curriculum designed for couples who want more than a weekend away. It is a guided journey into the conversations most couples avoid — and the connection most couples crave.
Rooted in Scripture and informed by licensed clinical practice, the retreat moves couples through four sessions across two days, addressing the way we communicate, the stories we tell ourselves, and the cross-shaped love that holds a marriage together.

Brian brings over two decades of pastoral ministry and organizational leadership to every retreat. As Lead Pastor of City Light Church — a multiethnic congregation in Vicksburg, Mississippi — and President of Mission Mississippi, a statewide Christian nonprofit focused on racial reconciliation, Brian has spent his life helping people navigate hard conversations with honesty and grace. He is a fellow traveler, not a lecturer.
Candi is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with a clinical background that gives REFLECT/REFRESH its therapeutic depth. Her expertise in the dynamics of communication, emotional safety, and relational repair shapes every session. Candi creates environments where couples feel seen, heard, and safe enough to do the real work.
