REFLECT/REFRESH and the REFLECT/REFRESH oval logo are trademarks of Brian and Candi Crawford. No use of the name or logo is permitted without written authorization.
Curriculum Materials
The REFLECT/REFRESH: A Marriage Journey Participant Workbook and Facilitator Guide are protected literary works registered with the United States Copyright Office. These materials are licensed, not sold, for use solely within authorized REFLECT/REFRESH activities.
Purchasers and licensed hosts may not reproduce, photocopy, adapt, excerpt, distribute, or teach from these materials outside the scope of the license granted. Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
No Unauthorized Hosting or Facilitation
You may not use the name REFLECT/REFRESH, the oval logo design, or any portion of the curriculum materials to promote, advertise, or conduct a marriage retreat, workshop, or seminar without an active written license agreement with Brian and Candi Crawford. Attempts to pass off independently produced events as affiliated with REFLECT/REFRESH constitute a violation of both copyright and trademark law.
Permitted Use
Licensed hosts and approved facilitators may share information about their authorized REFLECT/REFRESH event in accordance with the terms of their license agreement. All other use of this content requires prior written permission.
